BURNING OFF WITH FOG COMES MIST. WE ALSO HAVE THOSE LIGHT SHOWERS AND THEY ARE PUSHING NORTHWARD NOW INTO ARMSTRONG AND INDIANA. No others involved that we are aware of and no threat to the community at this time.”The name of the person in custody has not been released as police continue to investigate.Frank said Allegheny County Police have been requested to help with the investigation.This is a developing story.
