\n\tSeason 6 of The Chosen<\/a> will premiere on November 15 on Prime Video<\/a> in the U.S. and internationally. The streamer and 5&2 Studios announced the date Friday, along with a teaser image for the upcoming season. You can see it full below.<\/p>\n

\n\tSeason 6 will launch with three episodes on November 15, followed by the release of one episode each week through December 6. As previously announced<\/a>, the season 6 finale and season 7 premiere will be released theatrically. The season 6 finale will be released in spring 2027. In addition to the U.S., the new season will be available on Prime Video in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sub-Saharan Africa, the UK, and Latin America.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Chosen\u00a0is a historical drama based on the life of Jesus, seen through the eyes of those who knew him. Set against the backdrop of Roman oppression in first-century Israel, the seven-season series shares an authentic and intimate look at Jesus\u2019 revolutionary life and teachings.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn 2025, Amazon MGM Studios inked a first-look multi-faceted deal with 5&2 Studios. It provides streaming rights to the first five seasons of\u00a0The Chosen, the new unscripted series\u00a0The Chosen in the Wild with Bear Grylls,\u00a0The Chosen Adventures, and\u00a0Joseph of Egypt\u00a0for Prime Video. The pact also includes theatrical and streaming rights to\u00a0The Chosen\u2019s\u00a0upcoming final two seasons, which will follow the crucifixion (Season Six) and the resurrection (Season Seven).\u00a0Lionsgate handles global distribution for\u00a0The Chosen\u00a0and\u00a0The Chosen In The Wild with Bear Grylls.<\/p>\n
