Chuck Norris\u2019 family is slamming the spread of \u201ccompletely untrue\u201d information about the late actor\u2019s death.<\/p>\n
The Norris family issued a statement on Chuck\u2019s official Instagram account <\/a>on Wednesday, slamming the online misinformation about how the martial artist passed away<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are aware that since Chuck\u2019s passing, there have been a number of AI-generated videos and posts circulating online that contain false and misleading information regarding the circumstances of his passing, his health history, and who was present,\u201d the statement began.<\/p>\n The Norrises said the \u201ccompletely untrue\u201d claims about Chuck include \u201cfabricated reports of past medical issues\u201d and \u201cfalse narratives\u201d about his \u201cfamily relationships.\u201d<\/p>\n Chuck Norris\u2019 family released a statement (pictured above) slamming false claims about the actor\u2019s death. Getty Images<\/p>\n They also asked fans to \u201cnot believe or share any information\u201d about Chuck \u201cunless it comes directly from the Norris family or an official family representative.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThank you for understanding and for continuing to keep our family in your prayers,\u201d the statement concluded.<\/p>\n On March 19, TMZ reported that Chuck\u00a0had been rushed to the hospital<\/a>\u00a0after suffering a medical emergency on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. The details of the incident were unknown.<\/p>\n The statement said there\u2019s been \u201cfalse narratives\u201d about Chuck\u2019s \u201cfamily relationships.\u201d Instagram\/chucknorris<\/p>\n The family also asked fans to \u201cnot believe or share any information\u201d about Chuck.
