According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Peter Hooker, 60, is facing charges of written threats to kill, do bodily injury or conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism.At 9:25 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to the apartment complex to investigate the reports that Hooker was accused of making written threats of violence. Hooker reportedly lives there.Deputies said they found Hooker at his apartment, and they said he refused to come outside to speak with them and barricaded himself inside the apartment. They also said they were concerned that he may have been armed.The mug shot of Hooker is from an arrest in January. According to court records, he reportedly violated a restraining order.
