The song is written by John Farrar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re The One That I Want\u201d says, \u201cI got chills, they\u2019re multiplying \/ And I\u2019m losing control \/ \u2018Cause the power you\u2019re supplying \/ It\u2019s electrifying \u2026 You\u2019re the one that I want \/ Ooh ooh ooh, honey \/ The one that I want \/ Ooh ooh ooh, honey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The song was a big hit for both Newton-John and Travolta. The actress once recalled how challenging it was to film the scene for Grease where the two sing this song.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was a hot day,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jonkutner.com\/youre-the-one-that-i-want-john-travolta-olivia-newton-john\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">recalls<\/a>. \u201cAnd I wasn\u2019t allowed to drink because I wasn\u2019t allowed to go to the toilet. And as they had to sew me into that outfit, it would take too long to get in and out of.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou Needed Me\u201d by Anne Murray<\/p>\n<p>Written by Andy Goodrum, \u201cYou Needed Me\u201d appears on Anne Murray\u2019s Let\u2019s Keep It That Way album. The song is written by band members and brothers Barry Gibb, Robin Gibb, and Maurice Gibb.
