Kim Kardashian has officially entered the chat after actor Anthony Hopkins playfully teased her last week over her new face shapewear, which has been causing a stir online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After Kardashian\u2019s shapewear and clothing company, Skims, released new face shapewear<\/a> in beige and brown, social media users started comparing it to the mask Hopkins once wore as the cannibalistic serial killer Hannibal Lecter in \u201cThe Silence of the Lambs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joining in on the internet\u2019s chatter, Hopkins posted a video<\/a> of himself on July 31 wearing one of the reality star\u2019s beige face shapewear wraps. <\/p>\n

Mimicking Lecter\u2019s chilling voice, the actor addressed Kardashian directly in a deadpan demeanor. <\/p>\n

\u201cHello Kim, I\u2019m already feeling 10 years younger,\u201d he said before recreating the murderer\u2019s signature slurping sound from the 1991 horror classic.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you, Kim. Don\u2019t be afraid to come over for dinner,\u201d Hopkins captioned the video, again referencing his human flesh-devouring character.<\/p>\n

Hopkins\u2019 post quickly went viral, amassing more than 1 million likes as of this writing. <\/p>\n

Kardashian responded to the actor by reposting his video on her Instagram Stories and writing, \u201cI\u2019M SCREAMING!!!!!\u201d <\/p>\n

The mom of four also appeared to make light of the criticism she\u2019s received for the face shapewear by reposting a Daily Mail article<\/a> that highlighted fans\u2019 comparisons of the Skims product to Lecter\u2019s signature mask, BuzzFeed reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n
