Melanie Griffith<\/a> is embracing Dakota Johnson<\/a>\u2019s new leading man.<\/p>\n

The Working Girl actress made her thoughts on her daughter\u2019s relationship with Role Model crystal clear as the couple\u2019s budding romance continues to evolve.<\/p>\n

In a video posted by gossip blog Deuxmoi<\/a> April 5, Melanie, 68, offered one word to summarize the Fifty Shades of Grey star\u2019s relationship with the \u201cSally, When the Wine Runs Out\u201d singer (real name Tucker Pillsbury): \u201cFabulous.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for whether the couple have mom\u2019s official seal of approval, Melanie added, \u201cOf course [they] do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dakota, 36, and Role Model, 28, first sparked romance rumors in December after getting cozy during a dinner outing with friends. The following month, the two stepped out once again<\/a> for a PDA-filled date night in Los Angeles, which they left holding hands.<\/p>\n

And the connection between the pair appeared to be going strong<\/a> as they attended the LA stop on Paul McCartney\u2019s farewell tour March 28, with stars like Taylor Swift, Margot Robbie and Olivia Rodrigo also in the crowd.<\/p>\n
