ASSOCIATED PRESS<\/p>\n<p>Whichever side you\u2019re on, industry sources say, the big winner is TicketMaster and Live Nation, which is promoting the tour and was saved from legal hot water by reaching a settlement with Trump\u2019s DOJ in its big antitrust case.<\/p>\n<p>The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Trump himself allegedly <a href=\"https:\/\/stereogum.com\/2493140\/donald-trump-personally-pushed-justice-department-to-settle-live-nation-antitrust-lawsuit-report\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">pushed for the settlement <\/a>after speaking to Hollywood pals. Meanwhile, tickets for Springsteen\u2019s tour are <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/03\/07\/entertainment\/bruce-springsteen-fans-outraged-over-his-up-to-3k-tour-tickets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">selling for up to $3K<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Groused a veteran music exec, \u201cI was with some people [in the business] and we were all talking about Bruce. The question is, does he know who\u2019s paying for this tour? What Springsteen is doing is great, he\u2019s going after Trump. One of the issues brought up in court has been an alleged <a href=\"https:\/\/www.app.com\/story\/entertainment\/2026\/03\/24\/live-nation-ticketmaster-justice-settlement-concert-tickets-pnc-arts-center-new-jersey-springsteen\/89306510007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$240K in fees<\/a> charged by Ticketmaster for \u201cplatinum\u201d seats for a onetime Springsteen gig in North Carolina, according to the Asbury Park Press. <\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"These days the entertainment biz makes for some strange bedfellows.
