In 2024, he became the full-time starter for the first time and has posted a 26-10 record as a quarterback while at Texas Tech.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Morton only played in 12 of Tech\u2019s 14 games last season because of a fractured leg and a hit to the head that knocked him out of the game against Utah.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">At the combine, Morton measured in at 6\u20192\u201d and 211 pounds with 9.5\u201d hands, which checks the boxes at the NFL.
