\u201cBack to the Future\u201d star Michael J. Fox reassured fans that he was alive and well after CNN published a misleading article about his death.<\/p>\n
\u201cMichael is doing great,\u201d his rep told TMZ<\/a> Wednesday. \u201cHe was at PaleyFest yesterday. He was on stage and was giving interviews.\u201d<\/p>\n Additionally, a CNN spokesperson apologized after a video titled \u201cRemembering the life of actor Michael J. Fox\u00a0and his family,\u201d the rep told the outlet. <\/p>\n A rep for Fox, 64, wasn\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, the actor stopped by the PaleyFest LA hosted at the Dolby Theatre to join the Apple TV+ series \u201cShrinking\u201d for their Season 3 wrap party.<\/p>\n The \u201cSpin City\u201d alum joined Jason Segel and Harrison Ford as a guest star in the forthcoming season, which was released in January and concludes on Wednesday.<\/p>\n A CNN spokesperson also apologized after a video titled \u201cRemembering the life of actor Michael J. Getty Images<\/p>\n In recent years, Fox has taken a step back from larger on-camera roles after he was diagnosed with Parkinson\u2019s disease in 1991.<\/p>\n At the time, he was only 29 years old, and he waited until 1998 to announce his condition.<\/p>\n Parkinson\u2019s disease is defined as \u201ca progressive movement disorder of the nervous system,\u201d which ultimately leads \u201cto symptoms that include problems with movement, tremor, stiffness, and impaired balance,\u201d according to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.<\/a><\/p>\n The actor stopped by the PaleyFest LA with the cast of \u201cShrinking\u201d on Tuesday.
