Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the 700 block of Kames Hill Road near Fairview Road in West Hempfield Township around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday. Dispatch said the scene is active. A stretch of Kames Hill Road is closed in the area.  No injuries have been reported, according to dispatchers. The West Hempfield Township Police Department is investigating.
