Every golfer watching the Masters could relate to what Robert MacIntyre was going through on the 15th hole. on Thursday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The world No. 8 had his emotions reach a tipping point when he sent his ball into the water not once, but twice on the 15th at Augusta National on the first day of the tournament, leading him to flip his middle finger toward the ball while the camera was on him.\u00a0<\/p>\n

MacIntyre ended up with a quadruple bogey nine on the 15th as his tough opening day at the Masters continued.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He finished the day with an 8-over-par 80 and tied for 82nd.\u00a0<\/p>\n

MacIntyre\u2019s blood pressure was already starting to rise on the 12th hole, according to the Telegraph, when he wasn\u2019t happy with his tee shot and could be heard shouting, \u201cIt\u2019s now going left to right, Jesus f\u2013k!\u201d<\/p>\n

When MacIntyre putted off the green on 13, he yelled, \u201cF\u2014\u2013 w\u2014\u2013.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cameras also caught him slamming his golf club on the fairway on the 17th hole.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The outbursts could earn MacIntyre a reprimand from the famously strict Augusta National officials, who prefer to issue \u201csevere warnings\u201d rather than fines, according to the Telegraph.\u00a0<\/p>\n

MacIntyre is known to have a bit of a fiery personality and last week during the Valero Texas Open, a mic picked up his saying his shot was \u201cf\u2013king s\u2013t.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Addressing the instance this week before the start of the Masters, MacIntyre told The Scotsman<\/a> that he knows that he\u2019s \u201cvolatile, and I know the bad language and stuff, but that\u2019s just me.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI am trying to do my best out on the golf course,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m a sportsman and it is live sport. I\u2019m going to react the way I want to react. I\u2019m not going to change how I react because there is someone standing there or elsewhere. I am trying to do the best that I can and I will take my time after to go and sign autographs with kids and what not, but, when I am playing golf I am red-lining.\u201d<\/p>\n

The first day of the Masters ended with Rory McIlroy, the defending tournament champion, opening <\/a>with a 5-under par 67 and a share of the lead with Sam Burns.<\/p>\n
