{"id":576917,"date":"2026-04-11T00:24:09","date_gmt":"2026-04-11T00:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/576917\/"},"modified":"2026-04-11T00:24:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-11T00:24:09","slug":"report-dianna-russini-will-not-be-reporting-during-internal-investigation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/576917\/","title":{"rendered":"Report: Dianna Russini &#8220;will not be reporting&#8221; during internal investigation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The New York Times has reversed course regarding NFL insider Dianna Russini.<\/p>\n<p>Three days after The Athletic, owned and operated by the Times, issued a <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcsports.com\/nfl\/profootballtalk\/rumor-mill\/news\/mike-vrabel-calls-characterization-of-photos-with-reporter-laughable\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">statement of unequivocal support<\/a> in connection with photos obtained by the New York Post of Russini and Patriots coach Mike Vrabel, the Post now reports that Russini \u201c<a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/10\/entertainment\/dianna-russini-sidelined-by-new-york-times-after-internal-investigation-into-bombshell-mike-vrabel-photos-raised-additional-concerns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">will not be reporting<\/a>\u201d while an internal investigation unfolds.<\/p>\n<p>An unnamed source with knowledge of the situation told the Post that \u201cnew details from the Page Six report and information from the investigation raised additional concerns that are now being reviewed further. The investigation is ongoing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Added the source, to the Post: \u201cHer coverage is being reviewed. That process is expected to take time. She will not be reporting in the interim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Glasspiegel of Front Office Sports r<a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/frontofficesports.com\/the-athletic-probing-dianna-russini-mike-vrabel-photos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">eported on Friday afternoon<\/a> the existence of an internal investigation.
