The 51 units will each feature four bedrooms and a private two-car garage. The site will include 11 units of affordable housing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/sdg-architects\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SDG Architecture<\/a> is responsible for the design. Demolition will be required for four existing single-family homes.<\/p>\n<p>The application utilized Senate Bill 330 and the State Density Bonus Law to streamline the approval process.
