\n\tPrince Harry<\/a> and Meghan Markle<\/a> are once again shutting down reports of a falling out with Netflix<\/a>, but this time with an in-person appearance.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe famous couple attended an event in Montecito, California, on Friday, hosted by Netflix<\/a> co-CEO Ted Sarandos<\/a> and ambassador Nicole Avant, celebrating Beef<\/a> season two, which premieres on the streamer April 16.<\/p>\n

\n\tSeason two cast members Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Charles Melton and Cailee Spaeny, as well as Emmy-winning creator Lee Sung Jin, were also in attendance.<\/p>\n

\n\tPrince Harry and Markle\u2019s appearance came nearly a month after Variety reported that Netflix had been distancing itself from the pair. The publication also claimed that Sarandos, who is the couple\u2019s neighbor in Montecito, had grown tired of the pair.<\/p>\n

\n\tHowever, both the couple and Netflix\u2019s leadership have shut down those claims, with a spokesperson for the streamer previously calling them \u201cabsolutely inaccurate.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tNetflix chief content officer, Bela Bajaria, also said at the Next on Netflix presentation, \u201cI would say don\u2019t believe whatever you read. Maybe we should all do a little fact-checking. But here\u2019s the thing: We still have a relationship with them, we have movies in development with them, we have an amazing doc with them, they have things in development on the TV and film side.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tShe added, \u201cDeals come and go all the time and\u2026 we don\u2019t renew so many deals and those don\u2019t get as much press for obvious reasons, I guess. So there\u2019s no juicy story there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBut over the last year, Netflix has taken a step back from some business deals with the couple, including exiting Markle\u2019s lifestyle brand<\/a>\u00a0As Ever as a business partner in March. The streamer also downgraded<\/a>\u00a0the couple\u2019s overall deal to a first-look deal in August 2025.<\/p>\n
