Ronald Araujo spoke about his future after Barcelona’s final game of their pre-season tour of Asia.<\/p>\n
There’s been speculation throughout the summer that Araujo could be sold, but he says he’s happy in Catalunya.<\/p>\n
Araujo also insists Barcelona haven’t seen the best of him yet and that he’s ready to impress in the 2025-26 season.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m very happy in Barcelona. They haven\u2019t seen the best Ronald yet, and he\u2019s the one who\u2019s going to come in the coming years,” he told reporters.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis year I\u2019m very motivated.<\/p>\n
\u201cMentally, I have a lot of confidence, which I lost a bit of last year with the injury.\u201d<\/p>\n
Araujo certainly sounds ready to try and battle his way back into the starting XI next season after slipping behind Pau Cubarsi and Inigo Martinez in the pecking order.<\/p>\n
