The US on Monday began its blockade of the Strait of Hormuz after weekend negotiations with Iran proved unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy this summer is an aggressive timeframe now,\u201d Wright said, adding later: \u201cWe\u2019re going to see energy prices high and maybe even rising until we get the ships, meaningful ship traffic, through the Strait of Hormuz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a very real possibility\u201d that oil prices rise higher than they have, Wright said. \u201cBut once the conflict ends and energy starts flowing again, you\u2019ll start to see downward pressure, but it will take some time.
