Lisa Hochstein re-posted a cryptic social media slideshow<\/a> after being hit with criminal charges<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The \u201cReal Housewives of Miami\u201d star, 43, shared a breakdown of \u201cstrategic timing\u201d of \u201csmear campaigns\u201d to her Instagram Story on Monday.<\/p>\n

The bulleted list read, \u201cHe doesn\u2019t release damaging information randomly. He times it for maximum destruction \u2014 before a court date, a career milestone, a custody hearing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The upload described the \u201cstrategic timing\u201d used in a \u201csmear campaign.\u201d lisahochstein\/Instagram<\/p>\n

The graphic concluded that \u201cthe goal is to cause the most damage at the most vulnerable moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hochstein did not add anything additional to her re-post.<\/p>\n

Reps for Hochstein and her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein, did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s requests for comment.<\/p>\n

Lisa\u2019s upload came hours after Page Six reported on the Bravolebrity and her ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden are facing one count each of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications.<\/p>\n

Glidden, notably, was arrested last month.<\/p>\n

The former couple\u2019s lawyers told us, \u201cThis matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to court docs obtained by Page Six, the reality star and Glidden \u201cunlawfully and intentionally\u201d intercepted, tried to intercept or tried to have someone else intercept \u201coral statements by Lisa\u2019s ex-husband, Leonard \u2018Lenny\u2019 Hochstein, and those Lenny spoke with.\u201d <\/p>\n

The alleged activity occurred between March 12 and March 31, 2023.<\/p>\n

Lisa was married to Lenny, with whom she shares son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5, from 2009 to 2022.<\/p>\n

News broke Monday that she and ex Jody Glidden are facing one count each of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications. lisahochstein\/Instagram<\/p>\n

Glidden was arrested in March. Miami-Dade Corrections & Rehabilitation<\/p>\n

Their divorce proceedings quickly turned contentious, with Lenny accusing Lisa of \u201cmonitoring\u201d his calls<\/a> with a \u201clistening device\u201d in his vehicle in March 2023 \u2014 the same month she went public with Glidden<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lisa denied the allegation at the time, insisting to Page Six that it was \u201cnonsense.\u201d<\/p>\n

The duo accused each other of infidelity<\/a> and abuse as the court battle raged on<\/a>, with Lenny suing his ex for defamation<\/a> in December 2023.<\/p>\n

The pair finalized their divorce<\/a> in November of the following year.<\/p>\n

Lenny, for his part, moved on<\/a> from his on-again, off-again relationship<\/a> with ex-fianc\u00e9 Katharina Mazepa<\/a> to model Alena Kovalenko last summer.<\/p>\n
