\n\tThe 2026 WNBA draft <\/a>rolled out the orange carpet at The Shed on Monday evening, where this year\u2019s draft class showed up in looks inspired by old Hollywood, simplicity and feeling confident.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe night\u2019s number-one draft pick, Dallas Wings-bound Azzi Fudd, wore a custom Coach<\/a> gown covered in silver sequins. Coach<\/a> launched a sponsorship of the WNBA last year, and once again dressed several players on draft night.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI saw the final product today,\u201d Fudd said of her dress. \u201cWe did a fitting late last week and it was like a white dress with like a patch of sequins and I was like \u2018uh oh.\u2019 So today blew my mind.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tFudd was planning to celebrate after the draft at a party with her family and teammates before she\u2019ll head to her new city.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen not playing basketball, she\u2019s in the market for ways to fill her free time.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI\u2019m going to need some hobbies. Now that I\u2019m finishing up school, we need some new hobbies,\u201d she said. \u201cWe need to find things to do, places to eat \u2014 I love to eat.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tKiki Rice, also dressed in Coach<\/a>, had matched her nails to her silver jewelry, relishing the chance to have long curved nails.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c[I don\u2019t get to] while playing, so it\u2019s really cool to have nails like this in big moments like this,\u201d she said of the look.<\/p>\n

\n\tFlau\u2019jae Johnson, wearing a daring black Bent Kahina gown, said she was going to start working out as soon as she arrived in her new city.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe season starts in about 2.5 seconds, so I gotta work out,\u201d she said. \u201cI gotta condition. I gotta lock in immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tGianna Kneepkens, who opted for a simple light blue dress, said she was looking forward to developing her fashion sense with the new spotlight in the WNBA.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cMy fashion is growing for sure. We\u2019re still kind of seeing what I like,\u201d she said. \u201cIt is a big thing in the league. It\u2019s growing. People love to see that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAngela Dugali\u0107 wanted to keep things \u201csuper classy but not basic\u201d and worked with stylist Kesha McLeod for the night, building a Pinterest board together and having Zoom calls. She opted for a black sequined L\u2019Agence dress with Aldo shoes and borrowed her McLeod\u2019s Chanel bag for the occasion.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI definitely have to take care of it tonight. This is my pride and joy right now,\u201d she said of the bag.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI wanted to go for a vintage, Hollywood glam vibe,\u201d UCLA star Lauren Betts said of her black Coach dress with thigh slit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tBetts got ready with family and friends, squeezing in time to make content and take photos. She teased a celebration post draft with her people in town.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe shall see. I can\u2019t give too much away, but I am very excited to spend it with all my close people,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe went for an elegant classy look. But, like, a baddie look,\u201d she said of her blazer dress and platform heels. \u201cSomething that pops.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAs for her plans post draft?<\/p>\n
