Lady Gaga managed to recapture the magic of Rivington St. in the 2000s after her Madison Square Garden show on Monday night.<\/p>\n
After her final performance for her \u201cMayhem\u201d tour, the \u201cAbracadabra\u201d singer<\/a> and her fiance Michael Polansky <\/a>head downtown to Maison Nur for a celebration with family and friends.<\/p>\n One person described it as Gaga\u2019s \u201creturn to the Lower East Side.\u201d <\/p>\n She famously honed her performance skills in the Manhattan neighborhood 20 some years ago, singing at now defunct dive bar St. Jerome\u2019s with acts like Lady Starlight, jazz man Brian Newman and Breedlove, who were both on hand this week to fete her accomplishments.<\/p>\n Only this time, she had Polansky, who is also her artistic collaborator, by her side.<\/p>\n Lady Gaga and fiance Michael Polansky appeared to be equal hosts at the afterparty for her tour. He\u2019s her partner in the truest sense,\u201d a source said of the couple.<\/p>\n The duo looked over their guests, including Maggie Gyllenhaal and Dylan Mulvaney, from the club\u2019s upper level balcony and appeared to be equal hosts. He held court with guests at his table, while she entertained her closest childhood friends and her mom, Cynthia Germanotta at another table. <\/p>\n Gaga\u2019s pals gushed over how proud they are of her, with one saying, \u201cthis show was literally the most fun I\u2019ve seen her have on stage.\u201d <\/p>\n A source desribed Polansky as Gaga\u2019s partner \u201cin the truest sense.\u201d WireImage<\/p>\n Gaga performed 86 shows of her \u201cMayhem\u201d tour. It\u2019s in the can, history was made,’\u201d the first source said.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Maison Nur neighbor and Baked by Melissa co-founder, Benzi, entertained the cigarette smokers along with his dog.
