Kris Jenner may not only be interested in Jeff Bezos for his personality.<\/p>\n
The Kardashian matriarch has famously cozied up with the Amazon boss and his wife, Lauren Sanchez, celebrating her 70th birthday with a star-studded bash at their home \u2014 with guests including Prince Harry, no less \u2014 and bringing almost her entire roster of daughters to the couple\u2019s Venice, Italy wedding.<\/p>\n
Now, Page Six hears that Kris and her youngest, Kylie Jenner, are unhappy with the company that bought Kylie Cosmetics and want Uncle Jeff to buy it out of the controlling stake.<\/p>\n

Coty purchased 51% of the of the lip kit company for $600 million in 2019. But we hear the mother daughter duo don\u2019t think the brand has \u201cbeen handled right,\u201d by the beauty giant.<\/p>\n
They have pitched the idea of Bezos buying out Coty, we hear.<\/p>\n
It could work out. Bezos and Sanchez seem particularly interested in star-powered ventures, and recently invested in Sydney Sweeney\u2019s lingerie line SYRN. (The 28-year-old was something of an incongruous guest at their Italian nuptials, which seemed to make some more sense after news of the investment broke). <\/p>\n
A New York Times article<\/a> on Sanchez this week noted that even their \u201ccharitable giving has been closely linked to their social and celebrity ties,\u201d such as Leonardo DiCaprio\u2019s Re:wild organization and awarding the Bezos Courage and Civility Award to Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s, Dolly Parton and Van Jones.<\/p>\n The Kardashians are good pals with Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, seen here at the TIAH 5th Anniversary Soiree at Private Residence in 2023. Getty Images for The Met Museum\/Vogue<\/p>\n Meanwhile, it seems like the Jenners have been trying to reclaim their empire for awhile.<\/p>\n In 2023, Forbes reported<\/a> that Kylie had \u201cfrustrations\u201d with Coty and had \u201cinformal discussions\u201d about buying back the majority stake. \u201cThere have been disagreements over price and valuation,\u201d sources told the business site.<\/p>\n Coty had made multiple bets on the reality star family. They bought a\u00a020% ownership interest in Kim Kardashian\u2019s beauty brand in 2020 for $200 million.
