Owner Lewis Kizer said all meals are 100% gluten-free and prepared fresh.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can pick up meals on Sundays and Mondays in Kingsport, Bristol, Johnson City and Greeneville. The business also ships meals across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Kizer said the company also focuses on giving back locally by providing work opportunities for teens.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe provide income, and we provide job training for a lot of teenagers because we&#8217;re not a full-time business. We only hire people 1 or 2 times a week&#8230;but because of that we can hire a lot of homeschool kids.
