\n\tEven though Joe Rogan<\/a> now lives in Texas, he still has thoughts on who he wants to be the next mayor of Los Angeles<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring a new episode of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience<\/a>, which featured guest Spencer Pratt<\/a>, the former kickboxer revealed that he\u2019s backing the reality star\u2019s campaign<\/a>. Rogan has previously endorsed Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election.<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier this year, Pratt announced that he\u2019s hoping to unseat Karen Bass, who is running for reelection, in this year\u2019s elections. The Hills\u00a0alum, who is married to Heidi Montag, has been very critical of Bass after his family lost their home in the 2025 Palisades fire<\/a>, blaming her for fire recovery issues and water shortages.<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring his recent appearance on Rogan\u2019s podcast, Pratt opened up about why he decided to throw his hat in the 2026 L.A. mayoral race<\/a>. After, that\u2019s when the host said, \u201cListen, man, I\u2019m voting for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHowever, Rogan, who left California for Texas in 2020, clarified, \u201c[Well] I can\u2019t vote for you, but I\u2019m rooting for you. I mean, if I lived in Los Angeles, no question whatsoever, I would vote for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPratt was clearly elated to get the influential and controversial podcaster\u2019s support. He wrote on Facebook<\/a> after, \u201cAn honor being on with the GOAT, @joerogan. My goal is to make LA so awesome, we can win him back from Texas.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPratt initially announced his mayoral campaign in January, during a neighborhood rally focused on accountability for the Palisades fire. \u201cBusiness as usual is a death sentence for Los Angeles, and I\u2019m done waiting for someone to take real action,\u201d\u00a0he said\u00a0on stage at the time. \u201cThat\u2019s why I am running for mayor. Let me be clear: This isn\u2019t a campaign, this is a mission.
