The Real Housewives of Miami<\/a> star Lisa Hochstein has turned herself into authorities after allegedly spying on her ex-husband.<\/p>\n

Lisa<\/a>, 43, was booked Wednesday shortly before noon, according to Miami Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Center\u2019s inmate records. Her bond has been set at $5,000.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, it was revealed that she and her ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden, 52, had each been charged with one felony count of unlawfully intercepting oral statements made by Lisa\u2019s ex-husband, Dr. Leonard \u201cLenny\u201d Hochstein. Glidden was arrested Saturday and released on $5,000 bond.<\/p>\n

Lisa denies all allegations against her. She was seen smiling Wednesday as she walked into Miami\u2019s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center with her attorney, Jayne Weintraub, for her booking.<\/p>\n

In a statement to The Independent, Weintraub said: \u201cThis matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding<\/a> and does not belong in criminal court. This morning she voluntarily turned herself in to be processed and will be released on her own recognizance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lisa\u2018s marriage to Leonard \u2014 a well-known plastic surgeon in South Florida \u2014 was documented on the hit Bravo series, <\/a>which she has starred on since season two. Filming was paused last month <\/a>due to low viewership.<\/p>\n

Leonard and Lisa were married for 13 years and share two children. They announced their split in 2022 and finalized their divorce two years later. She began dating Glidden in 2023 and they reportedly broke up in January of this year.<\/p>\n

According to a criminal complaint filed March 19, Lisa and Glidden are accused of \u201cunlawfully and intentionally\u201d intercepting, trying to intercept or trying to have someone else intercept \u201coral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with\u201d between March 12 and March 31, 2023.<\/p>\n

Leonard accused his ex-wife of planting a \u201clistening device\u201d on his car to monitor his calls, which he alleged compromised the integrity of their divorce proceedings, Page Six <\/a>reported in May 2023.<\/p>\n

Lisa said in a statement to Page Six <\/a>that despite the charges against her, she is focused on an upcoming custody hearing with her ex-husband.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to let anyone distract me from my big divorce case this month. I\u2019m focused on the well-being of my children, who have been through enough,\u201d she said, adding: \u201cI\u2019ve heard nobody has been charged with eavesdropping in Miami history.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bravo confirmed last month that they were pausing RHOM. <\/a>The show most recently finished airing its seventh season in October.
