Baptist Health has reached a definitive agreement to add Magnolia Regional Medical Center to the Baptist Health system with the acquisition subject to customary regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n
On July 12, 2026, Baptist Health will officially add the hospital, licensed for 25 beds, as Baptist Health Medical Center-Magnolia.<\/p>\n

Magnolia Regional Medical Center offers a wide range of services ranging from emergency care to specialized outpatient treatments.<\/p>\n
The period from April until acquisition in July will allow the opportunity to minimize disruptions to operations and help with a smooth transition.<\/p>\n
Among Baptist Health\u2019s properties are 12 hospitals; urgent care centers; a senior living community; over 75 primary and specialty care clinics; a college with studies in nursing and allied health; and a graduate residency program.<\/p>\n
