(WNEM) &#8211; The City of Essexville said more than two million gallons of partially treated sewage drained into the Saginaw River.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials said the 2.1264 million gallon outfall discharge from the Essexville CSO basin happened Wednesday, April 15 at 12:30 a.m. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The City is still waiting for results on water samples.
