Novak Djokovic<\/a> has withdrawn from the upcoming Mutua Madrid Open<\/a> due to injury, the tournament announced on Friday. <\/p>\n The former No. 1 player in the PIF ATP Rankings last competed at the BNP Paribas Open<\/a> in Indian Wells in March and missed the Miami Open presented by Itau<\/a> later that month due to a right shoulder injury.
