Maren Morris took to social media to label her first relationship with a woman as \u201cf\u2013ked up.\u201d<\/p>\n
The songstress opened up to fans about her \u201cbisexual journey\u201d in a TikTok on Wednesday<\/a>, which she described as \u201cpretty short.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cI briefly was seeing a woman and I was not looking for anything serious,\u201d she began in the clip. <\/p>\n \u201cI feel like I\u2019m at a point in my life right now where I don\u2019t have that to give. I was very clear about that because I\u2019m all about communication, and she was like, \u2018Oh, totally. I\u2019m down.’\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe Middle\u201d hitmaker added, however, that \u201cit was clear that was not the case.\u201d <\/p>\n Maren Morris, seen above in 2022, detailed her first relationship with a woman in a new TikTok video. And for that to be my first experience, it was just so depressing,\u201d the songstress lamented, concluding that she\u2019s \u201cjust really cool being alone\u201d after the fling. <\/p>\n Morris shared that friends from the lesbian community told her that her experience was typical. <\/p>\n \u201c\u2018You start seeing women and one is going to almost ruin your life,’\u201d she recalled a pal telling her. \u201c\u2018We\u2019ve all been there. You just have to push through.’\u201d<\/p>\n Chuckling in disbelief, Morris asked fans, \u201cIs that a thing?\u201d She jokingly captioned the upload, \u201cbi trauma.\u201d <\/p>\n Morris said \u201cit was clear that was not the case\u201d for the other party. When you are ready, it will happen. You have to be good being alone first!\u201d a third remarked. <\/p>\n Others were optimistic for Morris, with one person chiming in, \u201cYess push through! Found the love of my life getting married this summer!\u201d <\/p>\n Morris, 36, filed for divorce from Ryan Hurd<\/a> in 2023 after five years of marriage, finalizing the split in 2024.
