\n\tAs she reached the end of her Coachella weekend two set, Addison Rae<\/a> paused to ask the audience if they had heard \u201cany new music this week.\u201d On cue, Olivia Rodrigo emerged from the back of the stage<\/a>, joining the pop singer for a pair of duets.<\/p>\n

\n\tRodrigo first sang with Rae on the latter\u2019s single \u201cHeadphones On,\u201d trading off lines and joining together on the chorus. \u201cCoachella, how much do we love Miss Addison?\u201d asked Rodrigo after the song\u2019s completion. \u201cOh my god, I might just drop dead,\u201d added Rae, a nod to Rodrigo\u2019s new single \u201cDrop Dead.\u201d \u201cCan we make some noise?\u201d Rodrigo then gave the live debut of her freshly released single, strutting to the front of the stage with Rae and singing the tune as a duet.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cDrop Dead\u201d arrived early Friday morning along with a music video directed by Petra Collins. In the clip, Rodrigo wanders through the Palace of Versailles, running from room to room before strapping on a pink guitar and rocking out.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe single marks the first taste of her third album, \u201cYou Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love,\u201d releasing on June 12 via Geffen Records. She recorded the album with producer Dan Nigro, her longtime collaborator who worked on her first two albums, \u201cSour\u201d and \u201cGuts.\u201d Ahead of the album\u2019s release, Rodrigo will be pulling double duty as both host and musical guest on \u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d on May 2.
