Parking will be included for 36 cars and 41 bicycles. The project will include 76 units, including 42 studios, 33 one-bedrooms, and one two-bedroom unit for the on-site property manager.<\/p>\n<p>The 75 affordable units will be rented to prospective residents age 55 and older. Illustrations show a fairly well-designed podium building with four floors of housing atop the garage. The ground floor will also include the lobby and bike room. The second floor will include a podium-top courtyard, a community room, a fitness center, and residential service offices. Future residents will be a few minutes away from the Redwood City Caltrain station by bicycle, or over ten minutes on foot.
