Hahn told SHD that he and Remenda will broadcast games two and three of the Edmonton Oilers vs. Anaheim Ducks Stanley Cup Playoff series for Turner Sports. Game 2 is on Wednesday in Edmonton, which will be broadcast on TBS and HBO Max. Game 3 airs on Friday on Turner’s main channel, TNT, and on HBO Max once again.

Hahn had many magical calls during the San Jose Sharks 2025-26 season, including his final goal call of the year. Macklin Celebrini broke Joe Thornton’s record for most points in a single season in franchise history with 115 (45 goals, 70 assists). Hahn’s call will last a lifetime for many Teal fans.

Sharks fans have had the pleasure of listening to the two for over 25 years. Remenda didn’t start in broadcasting until the inaugural 1991-92 season, unlike Hahn. Hahn was the play-by-play backup for the first two years, but moved into the full-time role during the 1993-94 season. He’s missed just two telecasts since 1993, the last in 1995. Both absences were for the birth of his two sons.

“Does that make me the Brent Burns of San Jose Sharks broadcasters?” Hahn joked with SHD.

Remenda was an assistant coach for the Sharks from 1991 to 1995. He joined the broadcast for the 1997-98 season. He’d hold that position until 2006. The beloved Sharks broadcaster would only be gone for one year and return through the 13-14 season.

Remenda then would feature on Sportsnet’s local Oilers call from the 2014–15 season until January 2021. He would creep back into Sharks broadcasts as part of their pre-intermission-postgame segments, before returning full-time as the color commentator in 2021 on both radio and TV.

Hahn and Remenda are an 11-time Northern California Emmy Award-winning broadcast team. The Athletic ranked the San Jose Sharks broadcast team 7th best ahead of the 25-26 season, with a local score rating in the top five.

If the Oilers-Ducks series goes deep, Hahn tells SHD there is a chance they could be scheduled for another game. For now, Sharks fans will enjoy their favorite voices calling the NHL’s most important games.

San Jose Sharks broadcasters Randy Hahn and Drew Remenda are one of the best duos of in-market announcers…

[66
4830,153010,1792,385,259091,74829,104402,835,32793,99,5265
0":"post-594435","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-nhl","8":"tag-anaheim-ducks","9":"tag-drew-remenda","10":"tag-edmonton-oilers","11":"tag-nhl","12":"tag-nhl-broadcast","13":"tag-nhl-on-tnt","14":"tag-randy-hahn","15":"tag-san-jose-sharks","16":"tag-sj-sharks","17":"tag-sports","18":"tag-stanley-cup-playoffs
["GET
