Ryan Reynolds\u2019 continued support of his wife, Blake Lively, helps them manage their \u201creal life\u201d as her and Justin Baldoni\u2019s \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d drama<\/a> plays out in the eyes of the world. <\/p>\n

\u201cPeople have no idea what\u2019s really going on, you know?\u201d the actor told Willie Geist<\/a>\u00a0during a live taping of Sunday Sitdown\u00a0when asked about how he and Lively are coping with the fallout of the nasty legal battle.<\/p>\n

The \u201cDeadpool\u201d star gushed that he has \u201cnever in [his] life been more proud of [his] wife.\u201d <\/p>\n

Ryan Reynolds shared that he continues to support his wife, Blake Lively, as her nasty legal battle with Justin Baldoni plays out. <\/p>\n

\u201cPeople have no idea what\u2019s really going on, you know?\u201d the actor said of the drama during a live taping of Sunday Sitdown\u00a0(seen above).<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I\u2019ve just never in my life been more proud of someone with that level of integrity that brings that with them and carries that with them in everything that they do.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou really see kind of the illusion behind so much of this stuff, you know? Digital life versus real life,\u201d Reynolds, 49, explained.<\/p>\n

His raving comments about the \u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum come days after reports that she is \u201cruined\u201d in Hollywood<\/a> over her years-long legal battle with the \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d\u00a0director. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis lawsuit has ruined her in Hollywood,\u201d a Disney executive, who allegedly worked with Lively,\u00a038, told the Daily Mail\u00a0in an article published last week.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe truth is she was never that popular. She had a reputation for being difficult, one of those toxic people who always thinks she knows best,\u201d the source added.<\/p>\n

The outlet also reported that Reynolds and Lively are eyeing a move to the UK <\/a>so the latter \u201ccould rebrand there\u201d after the legal war.<\/p>\n

But behind the scenes, the legal battle seemed to heavily affect the couple (pictured above in New York City last year) as they are reportedly eyeing a move to the UK. GC Images<\/p>\n

Lively\u00a0sued Baldoni\u00a0<\/a>for sexual harassment\u00a0and retaliation in December 2024, citing several alleged incidents from their time on the set of \u201cIt Ends With Us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Baldoni, 42, denied\u00a0his co-star\u2019s allegations<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0responded with a $400 million countersuit<\/a>, which was\u00a0tossed out\u00a0<\/a>in June.<\/p>\n

But as we previously reported, he scored a major legal win in the case earlier this month after 13 of Lively\u2019s allegations against the Wayfarer Studios co-founder\u00a0were dismissed<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re very pleased the Court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim brought against the individual defendants,\u201d Baldoni\u2019s team said of the ruling in a statement to Page Six at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese were very serious allegations, and we are grateful to the Court for its careful review of the facts, law and voluminous evidence that was provided.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lively\u00a0also addressed the court\u2019s decision<\/a>\u00a0with a statement shared via Instagram, saying: \u201cThe last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit, but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced, and continued to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lively and Baldoni\u2019s legal teams have\u00a0failed to come to a settlement agreement<\/a>, leading them to face off in court on May 18.
