KATSEYE are confirmed to perform at the 2026 American Music Awards on May 25.<\/p>\n
\nThe girl group – which includes Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeung – will grace the stage at the star-studded bash at MGM Grand Garden Area in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n
\nKATSEYE are nominated for three prizes: New Artist of the Year, Best Music Video for Gnarly, and Breakthrough Pop Artist.<\/p>\n
\nTaylor Swift dominates with eight nods, while Sabrina Carpenter, Morgan Wallen, Olivia Dean, and Sombr have seven apiece.<\/p>\n
\nThe ceremony will air live from 8pm ET on Paramount+ and CBS.<\/p>\n
\nKATSEYE’s addition to the lineup comes after they delivered one of the standout moments of Coachella when the Los Angeles girl group invited the stars of KPop Demon Hunters on stage for a surprise performance of the hit song Golden.<\/p>\n
\nMaking their festival debut on April 10, the group stunned fans when they launched into the breakout track from the Netflix animated film, before being joined by EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami \u2014 the singers behind the fictional band HUNTR\/X<\/p>\n
\nEJAE told the crowd as the collaborator wrapped: \u201cIt\u2019s truly an honour to be performing with KATSEYE, guys!\u201d<\/p>\n
\nKATSEYE also performed their brand-new hit Pinky Up.<\/p>\n
\nTheir Coachella appearance followed news that member Manon Bannerman has stepped back from the group to focus on her well-being.<\/p>\n
\nSpeaking directly to fans, the 23-year-old reassured supporters that she is \u201chappy and healthy\u201d and thanked them for their patience, adding that she feels supported and will share more when she is ready.<\/p>\n
\nShe wrote on Weverse: \u201cThank you so much for all the love and support you’ve been sending my way.<\/p>\n
