Developed by Okan Group and designed by Behar Font &amp; Partners, the tower is now at roughly 75 percent structural completion, with 22 floors remaining to reach its full height of 72 stories.<\/p>\n<p>The curtain wall has already climbed dozens of floors, and the stepped floor plates are beginning to more clearly express the tulip-inspired massing of the design. As vertical construction continues, the tower is becoming an increasingly prominent presence on the Downtown Miami skyline. The building is expected to top out in August.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-39445\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DJI_20260401105512_0524_D-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1802\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: Okan Tower.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Once complete, Okan Tower will contain a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, 236 condo-hotel residences managed by Hilton Hotels &amp; Resorts, 163 Sky Residences, and approximately 64,000 square feet of Class A office space.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-35530\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Okan-Tower_Cupola.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"857\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: Okan Group.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities will include a rooftop pool and sky deck on the uppermost levels, a lap pool on the 12th floor, club and lounge spaces, a fitness center, yoga studio, hammam, sauna, steam rooms, treatment areas, an owner\u2019s lounge, wine cellar, and a children\u2019s playroom.
