I think he\u2019s a supporting character, you know? \u2026 (Deadpool is) a guy that\u2019s great in a group.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The comments come as fans continue speculating about where Deadpool could appear after the series\u2019 latest installment, Deadpool &amp; Wolverine in 2024. <\/p>\n<p>Although no fourth Deadpool movie has been officially announced, online rumors have linked the character to Avengers: Doomsday, the next climactic crossover film for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. <\/p>\n<p>Trailers released to date for Avengers: Doomsday <a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/01\/avengers-doomsday-trailers-breaking-records-with-over-1-billion-combined-views\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">have crossed a combined 1 billion views<\/a>. Some of these trailers have confirmed several characters from the X-Men franchise \u2013 specifically as they appeared in the 20th Century Fox film series \u2013 will return to the big screen. <\/p>\n<p>Deadpool has long been tied to the X-Men side of Marvel, given that he is a mutant-adjacent character whose stories often overlap or come into conflict with X-Men heroes, villains, and settings. Thus, the high-profile return of the mutant superheroes has fueled speculation that Reynolds\u2019 character may make an appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Reynolds has previously downplayed the rumors, saying last year that he had not been involved in filming the project.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the recent films, Deadpool has enjoyed popular appearances via Disneyland\u2019s limited \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2025\/11\/the-story-time-with-deadpool-holiday-special-is-back-at-disneyland-for-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">Story Time with Deadpool<\/a>\u201d live shows in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>Would you be interested in seeing a fourth Deadpool film?
