In February, the Trump loyalist went viral after filming himself<\/a> taking a cold plunge and cycling in a sauna \u2014 all while clad in his trademark jeans \u2014 alongside a shirtless Kid Rock for a video that Kennedy, 72, said was intended to inspire Americans to work out more. <\/p>\n \u201cThe thing you have to remember is, Tobias F\u00fcnke is deeply disturbed and deluded, and not especially bright. So in that way, sure, it\u2019s relatable,\u201d Cross said during the Apr. 17 episode of the podcast. <\/p>\n Cross made the comparison after host Matt Wilstein brought up a theory<\/a> that\u2019s been circulating online that Kennedy could \u201csecretly [be] a \u2018never nude\u2019 like Tobias.\u201d<\/p>\n In \u201cArrested Development,\u201d Tobias, as a \u201cnever nude,\u201d wears denim cutoffs constantly, even under other clothes or when he\u2019s in the shower. <\/p>\n Last month, Kennedy gave a lengthy explanation about why he wears jeans even during strenuous activities like hiking after being mocked<\/a> online. <\/p>\n \u201cI just had a busy schedule always, so I would go hiking with my dogs in the morning and then I would go straight to the gym in my jeans, and it was just a convenience to work out. And then when I was campaigning, a couple of people took pictures of me in the gym wearing jeans, and, I don\u2019t know.
