That expansion would have been higher were it not for the impact of the Middle East conflict, the company said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">ServiceNow said it \u201csaw an approximately 75 basis point headwind from delayed closings of several large on-premise deals in the Middle East, due to the ongoing conflict in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">First quarter adjusted earnings came in at $0.97 per share, in line with Wall Street estimates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">What else you need to know: ServiceNow is one of several software stocks that have been trending downward amid concerns about potential disruption from artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">While the company has introduced AI-related initiatives <a class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.servicenow.com\/press-releases\/details\/2026\/ServiceNow-moves-beyond-the-sidecar-AI-era-giving-customers-a-complete-AI-native-experience-across-all-products-and-packages\/default.aspx\" data-i13n=\"cpos:5;pos:1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:and products across its offerings;cpos:5;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkPosition&quot;:&quot;5&quot;,&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;context_link&quot;,&quot;yPosition&quot;:&quot;1&quot;,&quot;yModuleName&quot;:&quot;content-canvas&quot;,&quot;yLinkText&quot;:&quot;and products across its offerings&quot;,&quot;yHasCommerce&quot;:false}\">and products across its offerings<\/a>, that hasn\u2019t been enough to ease the broader selling pressure across the sector.
