On the eve of the release of his latest album, \u201cThe Great Divide,\u201d Noah Kahan paid a visit to \u201cThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon\u201d on Thursday.<\/p>\n
The Vermont crooner admitted to the late-night host that he was both excited and nervous about his new music dropping, and has been keeping tabs online on how things are going.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve been name searching myself all evening,\u201d Kahan told Fallon.<\/p>\n
In addition to the new album, the Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter recently released the documentary \u201cNoah Kahan: Out of Body\u201d<\/a> on Netflix earlier this month, and is set to appear on \u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d in May along with fellow New England star Matt Damon. Fallon also congratulated Kahan for his upcoming \u201chuge stadium tour this summer,\u201d with the late-night host noting that the \u201cStick Season\u201d singer is the first artist to play four consecutive shows at Fenway Park, and has already sold out the upcoming Boston dates.<\/p>\n \u201cIt feels good,\u201d Kahan said. \u201cI feel like Drew Barrymore in \u2018Fever Pitch.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Fallon, who of course starred in \u201cFever Pitch\u201d<\/a> opposite Barrymore, joked that it\u2019s \u201cthe best movie ever made,\u201d with Kahan revealing that he got a chance to act out a scene from the film during his previous stop at Fenway in 2024.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cI did recreate that scene the last time I was there, I sprinted across the outfield, took it all in,\u201d Kahan said, noting how his family and friends came out to support him during his prior tour\u2019s trip to Boston.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was the most unbelievable moment of my life,\u201d Kahan said of performing at Fenway<\/a> the first time around. \u201cWe stood up on the Green Monster and played a set up there.\u201d<\/p>\n Kahan\u2019s upcoming tour in support of \u201cThe Great Divide\u201d will set up shop at Fenway in July, with special guests Gigi Perez and Annabelle Dinda joining for the sold-out shows.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
