The game is also nationally televised on TNT.<\/p>\n<p>Anaheim evened the series with a 6-4 win in Edmonton on Wednesday. Cutter Gauthier, the team\u2019s regular season leading goal scorer, had a three-point night including scoring the team\u2019s first goal as well as the game-winner with just under five minutes left.<\/p>\n<p>While the team had a two-score lead disappear, they didn\u2019t fold. Despite being young, the Ducks had plenty of experience coming back from inopportune situations all season long, and that earned knowledge and expertise showed in the win on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think you\u2019ve seen it all season long where we have that resilience and that confidence in this locker room that we\u2019re never out of a single game,\u201d said Gauthier. \u201cLast game we were able to come back and tonight we had the lead. It was fun playing with the lead a little bit, after being down (in Game 1) and we\u2019re happy the guys were able to secure the \u2018W\u2019 tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Poeling had two goals, including a short-handed score in the second period, as well as an empty netter for insurance in the third. The Ducks special teams was also lethal on the penalty kill, stifling the Oilers 0-4 on their power play chances on the night.<\/p>\n<p>Anaheim has also controlled Connor McDavid as he\u2019s yet to notch a point in the series.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/app.info.anaheimducks.com\/es.asp?s=1184337632&amp;e=521889&amp;elqTrackId=9a0a055a958d444e8b6c0654cfe86127&amp;elq=75568a3174904eafb8b05736347891c7&amp;elqaid=15306&amp;elqat=1&amp;elqCampaignId=11568&amp;elqak=8AF523071F241D22FE79F17F21A6D1E54C7F6CC71D9E14BD7DA2C98DC022102F0D1D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Gameday Guide<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/media.d3.nhle.com\/image\/private\/t_document\/prd\/l9yalnqavbbeke391gnk.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Game 3\u00a0Factoids<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Head coach Joel Quenneville said lineups for Anaheim will remain the same for Friday\u2019s tilt; Radko Gudas (lower-body) remains out while Troy Terry, who once again missed morning skate for maintenance, is in.<\/p>\n<p>Oilers head coach Kris Knoblauch said Jason Dickinson is a game-time decision while Adam Henrique, who exited Game 1, will miss the two games in Anaheim as he didn\u2019t travel with the team.<\/p>\n<p>The return to home ice is a welcomed sight for the Ducks as the team went 24-13-4 at Honda Center in the regular season and looks to build off Wednesday\u2019s performance in front of their fans. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[We\u2019re looking to] just kind of take the momentum from the last game using our home ice and crowd hopefully to our advantage feeding off that energy,\u201d Alex Killorn said of the Ducks\u2019 Game 3 mentality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe expect it from the start it\u2019s going to be a loud building, it\u2019s going to be fun being a part of it and seeing playoff hockey here for fans in a long time is what everybody loves about this game,\u201d Quenneville added. \u201cLooking forward to seeing the response from our team.
