The Detroit Lions\u2019 2026 NFL Draft class has been established, but they\u2019re far from closing out their weekend. Teams will now scurry to sign players who went undrafted\u2014commonly known as UDFAs\u2014to fill out the rest of their roster.<\/p>\n
The Lions should be pretty active during this process. Including this year\u2019s draft class, they have 76 players on their roster, with the NFL maximum currently set at 90. That means they could potentially sign up to 14 UDFAs over the next few days. This post will track all of the latest UDFA news as it comes in and the team gets their roster closer to the limit.<\/p>\n
Below is a list of all the reported signings with the Lions after the draft, but please don\u2019t treat this list as official. Players often change their commitment to a team. And other times, these players are actually invited to Lions minicamp, but it\u2019s conflated\/misreported as a UDFA signing. Also, it\u2019s worth noting that the Lions are not holding a rookie minicamp this year, so it\u2019s unclear if any of these UDFAs will get the opportunity to try out with Detroit if they don\u2019t sign a contract.<\/p>\n
With that in mind, note that the list below may change. We\u2019ll list official next to a player once the team has confirmed the signing\u2014which usually takes at least a few days.<\/p>\n
