The latest version shows an increased residential capacity from the previous application, now seeking an eight-story building with 89 units above retail. The project applicant was not listed.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary plans have yet to be filed with the city, and the latest information published by the planning department is subject to change. The plans look to construct an eight-story mixed-use building with 89 apartments, 1,400 square feet of commercial space, and a 53-car garage. Additional space is included for 89 bicycles. Partial demolition on the second floor of 3300 Geary Boulevard has already taken place over a year ago. Additional information about the potential new project remains unpublished.<\/p>\n<p>The 0.42-acre parcel is at the corner of Geary Boulevard and Parker Avenue.
