While her season of The Bachelorette<\/a> may never see the light of day, Taylor Frankie Paul<\/a> is reportedly still seeing alleged winner Doug Mason<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Taylor, 31, and Mason, 28, are \u201ctrying to make it work,\u201d a source told Us Weekly<\/a> on Tuesday, April 28. \u201cThey were hanging out recently and want to see if they can get back together and be a couple.\u201d<\/p>\n

Days before ABC was set to premiere Paul\u2019s season of the reality dating series, a video showing a physical altercation<\/a> between the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/a> star and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Dakota Mortensen<\/a> emerged online.<\/p>\n

In the footage, Paul can be seen hitting Mortensen, 35, and throwing metal barstools during the dispute while her daughter Indy, now 8, was in the room. (Paul also shares son Ocean, 5, with ex-husband Tate Paul and son Ever, 2, with Mortensen.) The fight, which took place in 2023, ultimately led to Paul\u2019s arrest for domestic violence<\/a>. She later pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.<\/p>\n

However, ABC was pressured to cancel<\/a> the unaired season of The Bachelorette amid ongoing drama among the exes.<\/p>\n

As Star<\/a> previously reported, Mason was \u201clivid\u201d that the season was axed.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe gave up six weeks of his life, didn\u2019t get paid, and \u2018won\u2019 a show no one will ever see,\u201d a source told Rob Shuter for his Naughty But Nice Substack<\/a> last month. \u201c[Paul\u2019s suitors] expected everything \u2014 Dancing with the Stars, brand deals, sponsorships.
