The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Mississippi River at Grafton now through at least early next Tuesday and in Alton from Thursday through at least Sunday morning.<\/p>\n<p>The river is expected to crest at 23 feet in Grafton on Monday where minor flooding happens at 21 feet.
