Mary-Kate Olsen<\/a> and Ashley Olsen<\/a> have a passport to Manhattan.<\/p>\n The Row co-founders made a rare appearance on April 30, when they were seen walking around Midtown Manhattan before meeting with a friend for lunch.\u00a0<\/p>\n The 39-year-olds kept it casual for the outing, with Mary-Kate donning a long black coat, black pants, a white scarf and sunglasses.
