Along the way, we also learn of the many island locals whose ocean savvy and ingenuity were instrumental in transforming Jaws from a potential failure to the paradigm of the summer blockbuster.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe Farmer &amp; the Shark is directed by Campopiano and written by Rick DiGregorio (Cheers) and Campopiano, with Matthew Spry as co-writer. Gabriel Long is Director of Photography. The project was produced by Eastwood Allen (RoboDoc: The Creation of Robocop), Jim Beller (JAWS: Memories from Martha\u2019s Vineyard), Kelly Ryan, and Matt Taylor. Laurence Gornall\u2019s Unannounced Film Company has boarded the project as the worldwide sales agent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe executive producers are Campopiano, James Cilano, and Rick DiGregorio. The documentary features original music by Matt Cannon, original illustrations by Jacob Walsh, animations by Mike Nixon, motion graphics by Eastwood Allen, and was edited by Jay Espindola (Art Attack! The Dissection of Terrifier 3).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tDiscussing the project, John Campopiano said: \u201cMaking The Farmer and the Shark has been a wonderful journey. We started production five years ago, whilst we were editing Pennywise, and the film was inspired by the grit, determination, and heart of the island community it depicts.
