Designed by Foster + Partners and developed by 13th Floor Investments in partnership with Key International, which is also leading sales, the 860-foot-tall tower will rise along Biscayne Bay and yield 296 residences. Nobu Hospitality will oversee the project’s food and beverage programming, including a private residents-only Nobu restaurant, in-residence dining, private chef services, and access to a residents-only private dining room within a new ground-floor Nobu restaurant.

The renderings show a slender glass tower composed of five twisting cassettes, each oriented to maximize water views from the residences. The building’s massing is shaped by rounded corners, stacked residential volumes, and continuous balcony lines that wrap around the tower. Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces will define the exterior, creating a façade centered on open views and indoor-outdoor living.

Waterfront Exterior. The development will include more than 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, with dining, wellness, recreation, and residential service spaces distributed throughout the tower.

Entrance. Credit: ARX Creative.

A major component of the project is the Nobu Wellness & Longevity Spa, which is planned as part of a $25 million investment in longevity-focused and biohacking amenities. The wellness program will include cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric oxygen suites, an IV and peptide therapy lounge, physical therapy suites, ozone therapy, and additional treatment spaces.

Private Dip In Pool. Plans call for a full-scale Nobu restaurant at the ground level with exclusive resident access to a private dining room, as well as a residents-only Nobu restaurant on the 11th floor. Additional food and beverage offerings will include a resident-only Nobu café and bar with bay views, in-residence dining, and private chef services.

Private Dining Room. Other planned amenities include padel courts, game rooms, sports simulators, and additional indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Lap Pool Sunrise. Each home is planned with floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive wraparound terraces, and refined interiors. Pricing is expected to begin at $3 million and reach up to $60 million for the largest residences.

Living Room. The bayfront location is positioned as an uncommon offering among nearby branded residences, pairing waterfront views with proximity to Brickell’s commercial, dining, and transit options.

An anticipated construction timeline has not yet been announced.

Subscribe to YIMBY’s daily e-mail

Follow YIMBYgram for real-time photo updates
Like YIMBY on Facebook
Follow YIMBY’s Twitter for the latest in YIMBYnews

Uncategorized

New renderings reveal Nobu Residences at 619 Brickell, a planned 75-story residential tower in Miami’s Brickell district and…

[56
228,226,227,229,88
0":"post-619367","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-arts-and-design","8":"tag-arts","9":"tag-arts-and-design","10":"tag-artsanddesign","11":"tag-design","12":"tag-entertainment
["GET
