Lineups are out! Vincent Kompany has rolled out what appears to be a team somewhere between B+ and A- level. What\u2019s surprising about this team is that perennial starters Luis D\u00edaz and Joshua Kimmich have dropped down to the bench.<\/p>\n
Bayern Munich has its work cut out as the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain ended up in a 5-4 loss for the Bavarians. Next week will be extremely crucial for progressing to the final, but Bayern will host basement boys Heidenheim today.<\/p>\n
The last match between the two teams ended in a 4-0 win for the Rekordmeister at Heidenheim\u2019s ground. With Bayern facing a team who was the joint-worst defensive record in the league and an attack that only scored nine more than the worst in the league, this may be a relatively easy outing for them. However, relegation teams are usually motivated, and Heidenheim did win two of their last three games. That\u2019s food for thought.<\/p>\n
