Uncrowned has David Benavidez vs. Zurdo Ramirez live results, round-by-round updates, highlights, ring walks and start time for the Benavidez vs. Zurdo fight card<\/a> on Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the night’s main event, Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez defends his WBA and WBO unified cruiserweight titles against David Benavidez in a battle of two-division champions.<\/p>\n

Ramirez (48-1, 30 KOs), a former super middleweight champion, became a two-division champion with a decision win over Arsen Goulamirian in March 2024. “Zurdo” defeated Chris Billam-Smith<\/a> in the following fight to add the WBO title to his collection.<\/p>\n

Ramirez’s lone defeat came at the hands of Dmitry Bivol for the WBA light heavyweight title in November 2022. He has won four fights since, including most recently against Yuniel Dorticos<\/a> this past June.<\/p>\n

Benavidez (31-0, 25 KOs) is the current WBC light heavyweight champion<\/a>. He won the interim belt against Oleksandr Gvozdyk and was upgraded to a full titlist last year.<\/p>\n

Benavidez formerly held the WBC super middleweight title on two occasions from 2017 to 2020. Last time out, Benavidez stopped Anthony Yarde<\/a> this past November in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

In the night’s co-feature, Armando Resendiz (16-2, 11 KOs) defends his WBA super middleweight title against Jaime Munguia (45-2, 35 KOs).<\/p>\n

But at the end of the second minute, Duarte starts to come back. Now, Fierro returns fire. Duarte is taking some heavy shots. Fierro with a big round.<\/p>\n

He tried to fight back but clouldn\u2019t land anything and was forced to hold until the bell gave him some respite.<\/p>\n

Super lightweight contender Oscar Duarte (30-2-1, 23 KOs) faces Angel Fierro (23-4-2, 18 KOs) in an All-Mexican clash.<\/p>\n

Fierro was overweight for the bout by multiple pounds, but he paid Duarte a fine so the fight could proceed.<\/p>\n

Duarte, who was supposed to challenge Richardson Hitchins in February until Hitchins withdrew on the day, was not willing to waste another camp.<\/p>\n

Chavez fell onto the canvas, and it was ruled a push. When he returned to his feet, Sanchez landed a brutal combination to knock Chavez down.<\/p>\n

Somehow, Chavez got to his feet, but it took just one more uppercut to end the fight.<\/p>\n

A fight has finally broken out. Both men are slugging it out.<\/p>\n

Sanchez troubles Chavez with a hook and walks him onto the ropes. Chavez returns fire. They are trading non-stop in this final minute, and the crowd is roaring. What a round!<\/p>\n
