Zeiner\u2019s report states that, on the day of Brendon\u2019s death, his friend Theresa called 911 to the actor\u2019s home and \u201cstated the decedent had been having a persistent cough and had been self-medicating with over-the-counter medications. He had been complaining about chest pain. She recommended a hospital, but he declined. He was a longtime smoker and was apprehensive about going due to his recent back surgery. She advised he had a recent heart attack several years ago, but he declined any further treatment at that time.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tThe subsequent autopsy found a \u201cmarkedly enlarged heart, severe stenosis of the right coronary artery, moderate stenosis of the left anterior descending and left circumflex arteries, acute pneumonia and inflammation of the small bowel.\u201d Zeiner also cited recent videos where Brendon was \u201cmarkedly coughing\u201d and spoke with a \u201craspy voice\u201d as \u201ca basis for his declining health.\u201d<\/p>\n
