PAR Greenville will be built at the intersection of Butler Road and Interstate 385.The venue will break ground in June 2026 and is slated to open in early 2027.This is a collaboration with the City of Mauldin and First Bank and will feature two distinct 18-hole outdoor courses.In addition to its courses, PAR Greenville will offer golf simulators, giving guests the opportunity to experience world-class courses and interactive games year-round.
